Nazy Hosseini

Nazy Hosseini grew up in the real estate business, watching her father invest in properties throughout Chicago as a hobby. "I feel like it is in my blood," she says. "My father is my inspiration role model. He taught me to be business-minded at a young age, I would take advantage of any chance I had to shadow him. I got my first taste of real estate at age ten loved every second of it." Her personal connection to real estate passion for helping people with the largest investment of their life is what prompted Hosseini to leave the world of finance – a career that spanned multiple industries, including politics, digital advertising commercial construction – to pursue her passion: residential brokerage. It was familiar territory for the Winnetka native, whose family has been in real estate development auction sales for decades. As a licensed real estate broker, Hosseini uses her financial acumen to deliver superior results for clients. Rather than working for a single company, as she did in her previous profession, Hosseini is now able to apply her skills on a larger scale, helping buyers sellers throughout the Chicago area make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Realizing that connections extend beyond the people to the real estate, she uses her deep familiarity with the local housing market to help clients find the home that not only meets their day-to-day needs but also matches their personality, guiding them through the transaction to ensure they feel confident in their purchase. A graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, Hosseini holds a bachelor's degree in finance international business. Rudy has been able to make a very natural transition into the real estate industry. Prior to joining Second City Agents, Rudy spent 10 years of his professional career in sales at the director level for one of the top wine and spirits suppliers in the industry. There Rudy mastered skills in important areas such as deal negotiation, brand marketing, customer service and leadership and business development. Rudy started out in real estate as an investor but after years of heightened passion and curiosity, Rudy decided to leave his corporate career and dedicate his purpose to helping others achieve their real estate goals at the brokerage level and beyond. Rudy has developed a broad professional network over the years and feels that relationships are the key to success in both business and personal life. “At the end of the day, relationships are everything. Great relationships not only provide the opportunity to share some of life’s most important moments with the people that matter most, they also serve as a benchmark for future business opportunities.” Rudy’s main objective is to help his clients achieve their goals by providing excellent customer service and consultative advice in a stress free, collaborative environment from start to finish. Valerie brings a unique passion and dedication to helping her clients both buy and sell real estate.  She prides herself on transcending the transactional nature of real estate deals and forging strong, lasting relationships with her clients.  A Chicagoland native, Valerie was born and raised in the South Chicago suburbs and is intimately familiar with the local markets while bringing a deep understanding of each neighborhood’s unique traits, characteristics, and values.  Her transparent and focused approach makes what can sometimes be an incredibly complex and stressful process an easy and enjoyable one. Valerie studied accounting at the Loyola University of Chicago where she graduated with honors and went on to work for nearly a decade in property management, learning all facets of the real estate industry from the ground up.  In 2019 Valerie earned her real estate license and began working with a top-producing Chicago-area real estate team before joining the Second City Agents Team at Compass in 2022.  She has extensive experience helping residential and commercial clients buy, sell and lease real estate, and has worked on many new construction projects, which enhanced her keen eye for workmanship quality and her expertise in working for and negotiating with developers.  Valerie enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, and exploring nature when she is not working. She loves entertaining family and friends and is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys keeping both mentally and physically fit.
